What is 321 PIVOT?
321 PIVOT Therapy is a small private practice built around one idea: children thrive when therapy feels like play and families feel like partners. Owner and occupational therapist Jessica Trio provides in-home and community-based services throughout Brevard County, with plans to grow into a dedicated clinic space.
Our approach is holistic. We look at the whole child — motor skills, sensory needs, self-regulation, confidence, and everyday independence — and build a plan that fits into real family life rather than working against it.
